Hello Flakes! Determined Flake is back, I missed you guys so much!

I have not written for over a month and I kind of regret it, but let's get over that for now. I've been overwhelmed with school work, you have no idea. However I know I've been studying less than the last semester, but I'm trying to catch up. If you guys were wondering, I'm still with my boyfriend and we are very in love :) I didn't know it was even possible to love someone that much. As you guys know, from my post Moving On Is Never Easy, I kind of have a small commitment issue.

Anyways, not the point. I've been meaning to tell you guys that I feel as if I've finally taken a step forward:

I started writing my book again which allowed me to get over some stuff I didn't even know I had to get over. I've been making birthday cards also, for no special reason, oh and drawing too! Doing random DIY's that I find fun (I'll show you some of them if you want to). And, I started taking pictures again. They might seem a little dull, but it was a rainy day, so it isn't that bad if you see the whole picture. This is not my best work, but I find them original even if some are not well centered...It would really help if I could get comments from you guys :)

Basically, I started doing what I Iove again. I didn't really stop, but when I did crafts I felt annoyed and not calm. Now, I get in my bubble, I listen to music (recently I've been listening to Alabama Shakes) and I create. I love the feeling that I'm creating something that maybe someone has never even thought of.

I've also decided to go to a Vipassana meditation center in august. 10 days of silence to clear my mind. I'm thinking of maybe going with my mom, but I'm not sure yet. I'm also going to start taking singing classes again in September.

I'll leave you guys with a quote that inspired me a lot lately and got me up on my feet to do something out of my days.
